Hello!
I am Joanne Gong.
UX Designer | Visual Communicator
I’ve been drawn to design from a young age, starting with traditional visual design before transitioning into user experience after formal training at General Assembly.
Today, I’m a Senior UX/UI Designer specialising in enterprise and workflow-driven platforms across government and insurance environments. I design complex systems that improve operational efficiency, translating business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.
My work is grounded in research, stakeholder collaboration and structured design systems, with a focus on clarity, usability and real-world impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy hobbies such as my pet fishes/crustaceans (I have 4 aquarium tanks), brewing kombucha, hiking, cycling, and discovering good food and cuisine.
If you’d like to connect, feel free to reach out at jjoannegzy@gmail.com—I’m always open to a conversation over coffee.
